Notice of cancellation must be made in writing and sent by email to firstname.lastname@example.org and email@example.com or by fax to +30 210 6492499. DMPCO2019 will refund fees as soon as possible and no later than one (1) month after the conference has concluded.
• Cancellations received by March 29, 2019 at the latest: Full refund of fees paid less an administrative fee of 10%. • Cancellations received by April 15, 2019 at the latest: 50% refund of fees paid. • Cancellations received after April 15, 2019: NO refund can be made.
Transfer fee: Early-bird registrants may also transfer their registration subject to a transfer fee. For details please refer to the registration tab.
DMPCO2019 is not responsible for travel expenses or penalties under any circumstances. In the event of a cancellation by the DMPCO2019, all registrants will receive a full refund of any registration fees paid.
